Today I did extremely well, and I want to document it here, kinda to remind myself that I can have these kinds of days.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice of wheat toast (no butter) After workout: Creatine drink Lunch: Bowl of beef vegetable soup at a little diner Dinner: EAS AdvantEdge carb control bar
Workout: 85 flights of stairs on stairstepper, 5 miles on bike, just under 1 mile run, carrying grocery bags for older family friend.
