I am back in the 170s!!! Weighed in the morning and I am 179 and I have a 36inch waist. When I started p90x I weighed around 185 and had a 37.5inch waist.

5 official weeks are now completed. 7 weeks to go. If I continue my progress I should be down by another 5 lbs to 174 and my waist should be at 34.5.

New goal for me. By July I will get under 175 and I'll get my waist down to 33 inches.

This is going to be a GREAT summer!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
