Breakfast stress.. I ate what I had planned for breakfast but purged. I need more support to keep me going. Does anyone know any ways to keep them busy after meals to stop any notions or ideas to purge? I want, and need, to kick this. I think I will try breakfast again...

I do. I don't normally turn to hobbies, but that is an interesting idea. It'll distract me at least! Thank you... I'll give it a shot for lunch:)

I don't have any experience with your situation, but would definately lend an ear if you need to talk or vent! I wonder if meditation or deep breathing might help. I have had some experience with anxiety and panic attacks and found that deep breathing and relaxation helped me get through the attacks and eventually be able to control my anxiety.
