Deciding once and for all to get over my eating disorder... After 5 years and at least 4 inpatient treatments or hospitalizations. Creating a meal plan to maintain (For now!!!) 119 pounds! I know that is still a tad low for someone who is 5'9.. I want to gradually gain weight, so I decided it would be safe to start by maintaining. I plan on pre-recording a meal a day in advance and follow that plan the next day. I know many things can knock me off course but hey, you've got to start somewhere. It takes me about an hour to plan my next day's meal, I always second guess my decisions and then freak out about my meals calories, etc.. I ultimately ignore calories because I know I will have 2,000 calories or so a day, if I don't purge. Wish me luck, and if anybody is struggling to recover- Best of luck, loves! You are not alone :)
