My weight hasn't changed in 10 days. Half of me is bummed just because I enjoy that high of seeing numbers drop. The other half is still focused and hopeful that even though I can't see it yet, things are still happening. Choosing to trust my body and Keto lifestyle. I'm still eating the same way, still drinking half my weight in oz of water. I started an exercise challenge 5 days ago. 100 squats a day for 30 days. I'm finally starting to feel less sore and in control of my legs again! I swear I was walking around like a newborn horse/ tin man the past 4 days. lol Still am but it's definitely better today.
I haven't checked measurements and I probably won't because odds are they haven't changed either. They haven't changed significantly in the 12 weeks I've been doing this. It's ok though. I'm just going to keep going because it will pay off, I trust it.
