I've been sick the last few days, so I didn't kick butt at the gym like I usually would have...I did have an interesting revelation though. Fatty foods that I used to love eating, don't give me a good feeling afterwards. I broke down and ordering chinese carry-out and stuffed myself. Whoa, was that a bad idea! It's been a good couple months since I've eaten food like that, and I was left feeling sick to my stomach & have had a good headache now for a couple hours. Well, even though I made a bad food choice tonight, at least my body is telling me what it needs & doesn't need. I think that with more time & healthy habits like routine workouts & better food, I won't crave those fatty foods anymore. That's the HOPE anyways!
