Ok, so im not religious at all, but....considering lent is only a few days away thought it was a great opportunity to give one of my vices up. Not gained for ages ( thank goodness) but not lost either.
Maybe set myself small realistic goals so it doesnt seem like such a struggle and I wont want to give up.
