Ensalada Rusa

Ensalada de pechuga de pollo y verduras.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Se hierve la pechuga de pollo.
  2. Mientras el pollo se cuece, se cocen las verduras al vapor (los chicharos de preferencia naturales, no enlatados).
  3. Deshebrar la pechuga de pollo.
  4. Mezclar el pollo y las verduras en un bowl. Agregar 4 cucharadas de mayonesa si se desea.
