Woke at 200.8, down 1.2 from yesterday after a 1300 calorie day. Started the day with a massive omelet and will target 1300 again. Sort of put IF to the side since the hospital visit (with the exception of no snacks between meals). UPDATE: Stayed under 1600 calories today which was pretty good. Ate well at three meals. Drank like a fish (water, tea, coffee, etc.) and wore out a path to the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is the only exercise I have had as I had a very productive day at work (right up until now at 10 pm). UPDATE: Walked almost two miles in the last hour of the day and ended up at just under 3 for the day. Pre-bed weigh in 202.8 bodes well for a new 2017 low in the morning.
