I especially love the first one as I have some kind of unhelpful notion that if I can't be perfect, I won't participate. This subconscious notion infects many areas of my life. Thank you, Rose Tampa, for the inspiration!

I really have always liked the second one. Quitting actually sets me back a week! Never worth it. Days might not go perfectly but it's no reason to quit altogether!
