Probably the result of Thursday's 'cleanout' from MCT oil. LOL! HCB, you're probably right...I was WAY overdoing it. I was adding 2 Tbs to a cup of coffee. I will cut back to a tsp, and see how it goes. Last night, I added a sliced chicken thigh that I marinated in soy sauce, mirin, and sake to the Thai broth, along with some shiratake noodles. Oh, my! It was SO good! I think it's going to be a staple in my diet from here on out. Have a great weekend, buddies! ~Kes

WOW - two tablespoons will clear out anybody. I used one tablespoon done with a true measuring spoon. As I mentioned I started at 1/2 tablesoon. MCT, coconut oil, and salt free Kerrygold butter was my go to. Right now I am just using one tablespoon of coconut oil and the butter...

Thank you, friends! As of today, I'm back to my pre-holidays weight. But things have changed dramatically with the break I took. Body composition is very different! Before the break, my midsection was still quite poofy, while my hindquarters were virtually flat. Now, things are shifting to the opposite, and this without a whole lot of working out. Inspiration will come in tomorrow's journal. ;)

@HCB, I cut back to 1 measured tsp of MCT this morning, and am happy to report there was no 'disaster-pants' problem at work. I will up it by 1/2 tsp a day until I find the limit for now.
