At the beginning of last week I said I hoped I'd be up to walking a full mile by Sunday. (lastnight) Lastnight I found myself aiming for a mile and a half... and I did it!!! I wanted to hit the 20 lbs gone mark by this morning... I hit the mark plus .8 more. I feel UNSTOPPABLE!!! I even wore my before pic pants to take my kiddo to school this morning. My thighs, hips, belly, and behind had been so huge I couldn't pull them up any higher than my bum crack. That's not the case anymore. So now I have 2 pairs of outside the house pants that fit. I can't wait to fit into more of my clothes!

Thanks Phooka! I just checked and I'm already down 3%!!! I don't think I'll have any problem completing the 10% challenge if I stay my course! Have to admit I was rather worried when I signed up.

I love your enthusiasm - it's catching! You're doing so great and I sure can appreciate the joy of expanding your wardrobe without having to buy new clothes. Fitting into pants you hadn't been able to pull up is visible proof that you've lost quite a few inches already! Now may be the time to get some measurements down, if you haven't already done so.

Thanks trackin64! I measure on the 19th of the month. This month on the 19th I was down 14 1/2 inches. I can't wait to see next months results with all this walking!

Carmen .... to be 'frank' is to be open and honest. 'franks' can be a kind of hot dog (meat) .... Frank is also a name.. I don't know if they have that name in greece. also like jimmiepop said I think it's also the name of a currency .... English is kind of a stupid language ha ha ha
