If you'd lose that much in 6 days you'd probably not be in any state to type :) awesome drop though!

Thanks. Karen... There has been a very dramatic change in my diet, But it has taken a LONG time to change ALL of my habits. It has taken COUNTLESS hours of research, and lots of trial and error to get where I am. I fought the fact that a TRUELY healthy lifestyle was the only way to get where I wanted to be and feel the way I wanted to feel tooth and nail. I now face the fact that I HAVE to eat my greens, and forget the oreos to reach my goals. There is no other way for a metabolically damaged, insulin sensitive person like myself. Someone like me can run themselves raggedy at the gym, only to gain weight. I never thought in a million years that my journey would have led me to my current habits. Just 2 years ago, I would have said "I can't eat this, or I can't live without that". I lived on Mountain Dew and chocolate! When I adapted the "WHATEVER IT TAKES" attitude, my whole world and perspective started changing. You can do it too, my friend, one change at a time.

Quite an achievement -- nearly a 'century' of pounds gone . . . well done!
