I just wrote a LONG journal post, and accidentally highlighted it and deleted the whole thing. Bottom lines:
-I lost 2/10 of a pound again this morning to 240.8 (almost at my first goal of 239 - 20 pounds).
-We're going to spend all of next week getting the pool ready for closing.
-I've been excruciatingly bored all day (since 4:30 this morning! That led me to find five things with expired dates in the pantry and discard them. I call that a "progress" job.
That's the very condensed version. Still bored, but only 4 hours left until I can go to bed (I go to bed at 5 every night). When I'm bored, I want to eat, but I've been keeping on track today in spite of some really intense temptations. The only things I added to my pre-made food plan were a very small portion of squash/onions (46 calories) and 4 almonds (24 calories). I still get to have a bowl of fresh fruit for a snack at 2 and my butter beans for dinner at 4. I think I'll make it through the day unscathed, PTL!
