Officially lost 20 pounds since joining FS on January 4! 14 more pounds to get to my weight goal. I think it will be a slow descent from here because I’ve also been building up muscle along the way. So I’m less concerned about the number and more interested in body composition these days. But most importantly I can see and feel a huge difference and feel much better about life today than I did in January. Hope all is well with you all in the FS community! ❤️
