Pretty good month losses came at the end. I still need to increase activity. Too much sitting. Eating is pretty good. But have to focus on getting good food diary entries.
March will be exciting. It is my daughter's birthday month. And my step grandson will be born on the 24th I think.
Measurements are BETTER but I am still a bit too round.
