Sadly Christmas brought a miscarriage at 9 weeks. We will try again in a few months. Until then continuing with our recents changes of taking the lectins out of our daily erasing as much a possible. Good cold
Pressed olive coconut and avocado oils , walnuts and blanched almonds and goat butter so 60% of calories are from fats ... brain food . No potatoes or any nightshades. Mostly greens in the winter thankfully the garden and greenhouses are filled. Only Sourdough breads and no out of season fruits . We pick oranges and lemons last week both great for vinaigrette . Thank you 2020 for teaching us so much for solidifying our values in organic farming and a simple life. Looking forward to 2021! Hope you all had a peaceful holiday!
