Stay with it CC. I know what it's like to have to help take care of your parent(s), as I am currently in that position. It's not easy and is even harder to balance that and your own life. You can do it I know you can. Take care.

I took care of my parents, mom had Alzheimer’s which she didn’t know us. That’s hard on so many levels. But you are doing the right thing. Hang in there it does get better.

Hey CC sorry about your mom I know that it has to be difficult to see her like that we always think of our moms as sort of a superwoman and it hurts when we see them going through struggles like these my mom is 74 years old and it's like something is always going wrong the best we can do is pray about it and be there for them just like they were for us keeping you and your mom in my prayers be blessed 🙏❤️🤗🎄

Thank you all so much for your beautiful and kind words.🥰 I'm stopping by for my weekly check in. Not much loss to report. However, my mom's surgery went well. We won't know if her sight is restored in her right eye, for at least 3 weeks. So fingers crossed!🤞🏼 As for me I'm trying to stay on track. However, it's getting harder with each passing day. I'm still eating good I'm just not working out like I used to. I feel like I never have time anymore.🤦🏽♀️
Anyways have a wonderful day/week everyone. I hope that everyone's holiday was amazing and filled with joy.😊💕

Glad to hear momma is recovering! 💖💖💖The most important health habit is slowing down the fork and eating well. You’re still doing that! Bravo!! 👏🏻 Exercise can be resumed later. You got this - maintain a little while. Consider it a dress rehearsal for the big show (the rest of your life).
