It's day 1 of 16:8 IF, feeding window 1pm to 9pm. Feeling great! My jeans that normally cut into my stomach (size 24) are now so comfy they feel like leggings😀! Loving IF and this group. I've never felt so in control before and I think it has a lot to do with the support and accountability with the FSF, so thank you!❤
