Day 1 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
I did a 🏃🏾♂ 7 mile run yesterday 🙌🏾👍🏾.
I kept ‘sliding into a mental funk’ durring the day, but several of us on the site kept encouraging each other and it really helped.
How can I complain that I am 'suffering' when I have a job, money, and everything is still 'working' and I have no worries about starving? This issue is trying to get my spirit and my 'mind' right (sigh).
I just need to stop, acknowledge what is going on, accept it, get 'perspective', feel *gratitude* and keep living.
