I weigh more today than I did on the 1st. 😢 Looking for a 2 pound loss this month but I don't know. My daily calories have averaged about 2400 this month from too many little splurges that I didn't even think were too bad. But 2 lost is better than 2 gained and I think I'll kick ass again in January! That's what I'm telling myself anyways. 😉 so Fritzy, does your comment mean your gallbladder is not acting up anymore? I'll have to check your posts later today. TTFN (ta ta for now). Hope your day is fantastic!

You’ll get back on track soon. 2400 is probably too much for an average and you know where to cut, right. Set something realistic for Feb 1st?

It’s hard but you know where you need to cut. You also know some of those gains could very well be water. Hoping you lose those 2#!

Yes velvetee... I need about 2000 a day for a 4-5 pound monthly loss when I take activity levels into account. This month was a tad overdone but I'm pleased.

Is KB kick butt? You're too hip for me shirfleur! You'll get back to it. I thought I was doing fairly well but lost zero pounds and zero inches. I just remeasured. This whole month has been maintenance for me and that's with thinking I was doing well. YIKES! So much more evident to me that I can't slack at all is I want to make progress. Hoping for a better January report. Thanks for your support, friend! ❤
