Soon to be moving below 170 lb, < 20 bf%. That BP is from 4 shots of espresso in my fabulouso espresso percolator, minus the half & half, these days. Actually, not trying to lose weight, body is just seeking a lower bf%. Eating 3,000 cals p/day, high quality carbs, protein, low fats. Bodies are very smart. My body is just saying, you feed me plenty of high quality fuel for those long rides & I don't really need to carry around an extra 10 lbs of fat fuel that you rarely burn. I think I can go as low as 150 without being underweight. I'll have to start adding weight back in at around 160, I think. But, doubt I'll see that anytime soon, holidaze comin' up - Sugar, Yippie. Colder weather, fewer miles. Life is good :) Cartoon is from JP Weiss, https://johnpweiss.com

M, path is so well planned .. Well, it just seems like I put my butt on the bicycle and point the bike toward the trails, then everything else just seems to happen, balance, weight, hunger mgmt, even some mental health benefits. Thanks for nice comment :)
