Went for a 7 mile 🏃🏾♂️ run yesterday and kept the eating to 'reasonable'.

Nice run! 7 miles, I used to be able to do that, years ago. It was easy to eat reasonably after putting so much effort into the run. Didn't want to "undo" the effort by getting a burger and fries! But on the other hand, when I used to run almost every day I could eat whatever I wanted on the weekends. Sound familiar?
