Was shocked to see another drop this morning, especially after eating out last night. Had one slice of margarita pizza (very little cheese on it) and fiocchi (pasta purses) with gorgonzola, pears, and onions. Delicious. The fiocchi had a light sauce without much cream in it. Not too salty either like most restaurants.
I drank a lot of water yesterday and had a full workout at the gym so I'm feeling great this morning. So much different from how I felt 20 pounds ago.
