Whoa, 2.2 pound gain in a day. I did overeat yesterday though. We picked up BLT lunch and ate with mom yesterday. She seemed lonely and was thinking about dad. Then we went to several garden shops looking for a cranberry cotoneaster. Never did find one, but Mr C bought himself an olive tree and a cryptomeria as the one we had didn't survive the drought. Our sweet former next-door neighbors dropped off some pumpkin cookies for us and I had 2.

Must eat less today and go to the gym.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
