Day 3 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
This week looks like a slow weight loss week.
I did get a chance to 🏃🏾♂️ run yesterday, so that was good. I still haven’t been to the gym in weeks, I hope to go on Thursday.
I *know* that what I need to do is keep my carbs below 10 grams and my protein below 60 grams, however, when my days are not hectic, I tend to have an extra protein shake or two…

@Fritzy 22 - Oh yes a 3 pound loss is good, but, I have to lose at least 7 pounds to 'break even' from the eating on the weekend (sigh)
