1982nodak's Journal, 18 April 2019

I haven't tracked a thing, but with a son with the flu I snacked on saltines and ate popsicles all day long the last two days and literally sat cuddling my little guy who is usually too busy to snuggle. I was expecting a gain since I didn't track and I ate so poorly, but I will take the drop.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

liv001 he is thanks. He is only 15 months and is at a crazy adventerous stage where he is always climbing, exploring etc. To see him lethargic was a big heartbreaking, but seeing his smile come back helped me feel better too.
