Thank the Lord for FS. Last night was, by far, the worst night for cravings ever. I pushed past the cravings and the tears (yes cravings hurt for those who are not amongst the craving crew). I jumped on FS and read so many logs and decided to treat the craving without doing damages. I powdered a 1/4 cup raw almonds,added 1 egg & 1 egg white,1/2 tbsp of butter, 1 oz neufatel(1/3 fat cream cheese), 1 tbsp lite sour cream,1/4 tsp vanilla, a little cinnamon and 5 packs of truvia. It made the best damn substitute pancakes ever. It kept me busy making them and it made two full servings(one is for tonight) Thank you my friends🙋
