Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting Blood sugar 98 mg/dL
I rarely get sick, but everyone at work is sick. I had a mild sore throat yesterday, but, it is already gone. However, I still feel weak this morning. If I were eating, this would be the time when I would be eating like crazy. Since I am on a ‘no solid food’ fast, I have been feeling sorry for myself and consuming as many protein shakes as I want. Combined with not running or working out, this aint helping my help weight loss Haha!
I do expect to drop water weight tomorrow, but, I think I would have gone into ‘fat burning mode’, and dropped the water weight, and fat, and been 5 pounds lighter by now. Oh well… So, next week I will try my new program of cutting down on my protein. But, this week is ‘toast’. I will stick to ‘no solid food’, but, that’s it.
This weekend will be the first normal weekend in a long time. Only two days of eating (plus the usual Friday night). I hope to be back to less than 100 carbs and 100 grams of protein, and working out, by this weekend. This will be the test to see if this can get out of the 170 pound range…
