Well I didn’t lose much of anything this past week. I think I actually gained. It’s annoying to not be able to see consistency. I’m not being extremely consistent. Too hard to stick to a set workout schedule and diet plan even though I try. Last week I think I lost 2 lbs and this week .2 (?) I guess we’ll see what happens this week

You are still accomplishing some good stuff here. Try to look at the big picture, the averages, when you think you haven't advanced. I can't remember who it was, probably one of the pros here on FS, that posted their weight loss graph. It was a bit Richter Scale looking. It's normal to go up and down, but a steady overall decline is what you want and exactly what you have. You're good. ☺👍

I commit to the gym three days a week... but, not on the exact day of the week. That has help me stay consistent for working out. Anyway, just do your best :)

Thanks guys I’m just getting a lill testy cuz I want to be done already!! I have to remind myself that I took a 3 month break though 😒 so Now I have to stay diligent.
