2019 PUSH UP Challenge! 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)I have no idea why I gained a pound yesterday. I did a great job on my diet, only 15 carbs and 900 calories AND I ran 3 miles.
Must be water retention. Well, I will stay with my normal plan and I am sure to drop a lot of water this week.
What makes me feel good is that this Way Of Eating (WOE) takes very little effort. I only have to bypass the offers of food at work I am constantly getting. However, I am not 'fighting hunger'.
