"But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!"
- Rocky Balboa😎

Yes! Very inspirational. 1000 calories wow. That's the greatest workout. I have also seen all Rocky series movies many times. Will probably watch again to get going. Keep it up!

Thanks @keilin-4. Thanks @From371to184. Nice whoosh by the way. Thanks @Diablo360x - I'm a big fan of both. The Mrs tells me that if I can do the splits like JCVD and/or rock the 6 pack, she will not let me out of the house or out of her sight. I told her she's got nothing to worry about. I'm doing this for me!

Thanks @Mommycubed3 - When the "hearts on fire" song comes on during the training montage and I am on a treadmill, I sprint at 10 mph for 30 seconds / fast walk at 4 mph for 30 seconds for 4 minutes. I get so pumped!! Thanks @momma6224 - back at ya! Still thinking about your prom picture. I will put one of those up when I am around 185 because I am looking at lot younger recently. I like it! Part of my body feel like 75 years old how ever. LOL

Ain't that true. "Only me can stop me." That's the fact of the matter. We are our own worst enemies. Why do we do that? Why do we constantly seen to talk ourselves or of something, but once we start, we find it wasn't so hard after all. Even little wins are big wins, because the lead us to more confidence and bigger wins.

Thanks @northernmusician, we let doubt creep in and because of fear of judgement, we stop ourselves dead on the tracks. Nope, not me anymore. I don't care what others think. They can take a seat on the bleachers while I am on on the field/court scoring all day long at this point. I see Onederland this time clearer than ever. I will not let me stop me anymore.

I don't believe in positive thinking, but I sure believe in negative thinking. It will stop us dead in our tracks every time. I have a new slogan. - Control is a myth: Choices are reality.

@northernmusician. Couldn't disagree one bit. Changing my BIO now with my own slogan. Stay tuned!
