Happy New Year to all my FS friends! Well, I survived last night's food fest without too much damage, but I still find myself needing to lose 10 lbs; the SAME 10 lbs I've been needing to lose for several months now. I'm certainly down from this time last year, but up from where I was two months ago (angry face!). Trying not to be too down on myself over this, trying to look at this as glass half empty and not a failure. But I'm so sick & tired of the yo-yo weight, up & down, up & down. This year I REALLY want to lose that 10 lbs & keep it off for GOOD! So now that the holidays are done, let the weight loss work BEGIN!!!
