On 10 August 2017 I made a decision to take care of my body.
I decided that I will start eating healthy and exercise, so that I can look and feel good about myself.
I officially joined Body20 Centurion Lifestyle on 29 August 2017.

Today, 6 October 2017, i am but only half way through my Body_Makeover program and the results are already insane!

Since the 10th of August 'till today I have:
- Lost 6.5Kg in overall weight
- Lost 0.7kg Skeletal Muscle Mass :(
- Lost 5.5kg in pure Fat Mass
- Dropped 3.3% in Body Fat Percentage
- Dropped 1.8 points in my Body Mass Index
- Dropped 2 points in my Viceral Fat level
- Gained 4 points on my InBody score
- Lost 6cm around my waist
- Lost 4cm around my thighs
- Lost 4cm around my arms
- Lost 4cm around my neck

The change in my body is insane! I look good, I feel amazing and I am getting compliments wherever I go.

I am fitter, I am stronger, my eating habits have completely changed and I already feel like a new person!

I am now halfway in my Body20_Makeover Program. I cannot wait to see what I will look like in 6 weeks!
