5000 - 3511 = 1489 THE COUNTDOWN IS ON..goood wednesday morning...yesterday i joined a challenge in strava..its reach 5000 miles by end of the year..for me to keep challenging myself seems to keep me more focused an on track ..and so even though when the alarm on phone woke me up this morning..an i was thinking to my self..what did you do..you need to go back in an take your name out of that challenge..your dog butt tired..3 days of riding..an i have 83.8 miles in for the week already..did a short 12.2 this morning..so still need another 12-15 later today..hoping it doesnt rain all day like weather man is predicting..had to ride inside yesterday afternoon..and would of rather rode outside..but not in the rain...its raining right now...an yes we need the rain...so might be another ride later inside...one of them wait an see moments...

have been skipping breakfast after my morning ride/workouts..havent really been starved...and figure what the heck...just a longer burn from the workout..instead been having salad about the usual time an then having breakfast about 2pm or so..and then back into fast mosde..was looking for salt last night...so i put more electrolytes into my water that i drink thru my workouts..been using half a tab..went back to a full tab..thinking that will help cut down on the salt craze...

well...time to close this journal once again..time to get up an make the salad for later this morning...already 721am...been having salad about 930am..but i been up since 4am...so by then im running on fumes...
