ONCE AGAIN REFOCUSED AND LOOKING AHEAD..goood tuesday morning..salt is once again out of my system..an i put pita bread back in freezer..if its laying out on counter then i want to eat it..if its outta sight an in freezer..less temptation..just the way it works with me..gotta focus more on what i want to achieve..an less on rewarding myself with food..

FOR GLEN... i been riding extra miles to help you get your 200 miles that you been slacking on..lol..i did a 25 yesterday morning on zwift..an then another 11.4 yesterday afternoon...with the weather so nice after lunch i been riding just to add more miles in thru the day..trying to burn off more fat an keep the metabolism working longer...

well didnt eat breakfast yesterday morning..instead enjoyed the longer fast after my workout...looks like today might be the same..gonna get up an fix salad for later..get the chicken thawing..should of done the chicken thawing when i got up..but was more into getting ready to do a ride..nothing alittle how water soak wont catch up on...

Raining outside...so this afternoons ride will be inside...looks like...with my yearly mileage at 3487..and my focus on hitting 4000 by end of october...i just joined challenge on strava to hit 5000 by end of dec...go mike go...
