Woke at 205.8, up 1.6 from yesterday. Well, that WAS a big glass of wine last night! All water weight. Fasting until afternoon today on 5:2 IF and will adjust more as needed tomorrow. UPDATE: Hospital this morning for a biopsy in my hip bone. All done and back home at 2:30. Stopped at Wegmans on the way home and stocked up on great food. Had to sample some of those cheeses so broke the fast at 2pm. Probably will eat 1000-1200 calories today and then adjust further tomorrow. UPDATE: Took a great nap and then Denise did burgers on the grill. Had one turkey burger and one beef (no buns). Added some broccoli and ended up at 1421 calories. No workout due to the hospital visit and napping. Still got a 1000 calorie deficit today.

When do you get the test results? And yes a bottle of wine cold be called a glass, it's made of glass. ROFL I too enjoy a 'glass' or two of good stuff :)
