I have said this before. "If I eat it now, it's gone, so I can't have the extra calories LATER!" Stupid. I LOVE that post!

I buy small bags if I want a treat, 100 calories popcorn, more expensive but works : ) Warning: popcorn is tricky, it may say 100 calories per 3 oz but there are 9 oz in a bag.

The other day I bought a dark chocolate bar, which normally I eat in little bits. I opened it in the car and ate my little bit, then another and before I'd reached my destination, it was gone. 3.5 oz of dark chocolate is a lot of calories and a whole lot of carbs. Blew my day! I guess it was a bad day. Car eating is dangerous for me!

Yup, I do it. Soooooooo stupid. It would be better to just throw the rest wrong-headed food away. It all becomes waste anyway and then your body doesn't have to do the job of making it into waste.

A million years ago when I did Weight Watchers, they taught me to "ban" car eating! LOL, it worked.

Why did our moms have to tell us about those starving children??? I, too, forbid car eating...I have had too many bad experiences with no control. Sometimes it takes real courage to stand in a checkout line and walk out without...as far as small bags, I can't have multiple small bags...they just disappear all at once...aren't I pathetic? So today when I even contemplate eating just a few...it had better be healthy or I must pass.

It's definitely easier if the bad food doesn't enter the house or car or workplace or wherever! It's hard when your partner or kids or work mates eat the bad stuff and we get tempted by it!
