I find it interesting that I can mostly find control when I feel hungry but can't control my cravings. For some reason I tell myself, "You can wait for your next meal." But when I fixate on some foolish carb loaded pastry/baked good, i lose all control. Good results for your superb effort. Keep it up Angel...
