Woke at 212.0, down .6 from yesterday. Got even better news later in the morning. I was ten minutes away from the doctor's office when they called me and said not to come in because my bloodwork showed them that I did not need the meds anymore. So, the last two sessions are canceled. I won't have the huge water weight gain and constipation to fight back from! So will fast until after 16:8 and maybe drop another pound or two. Targeting 2044 calories today. UPDATE: Got down to 210.2 after 16:8 IF. Ate a big old omelet and looking forward to dinner! UPDATE: Ate some turkey chops and spinach, and a bag of pork rinds. Oops. Huge protein. But good on carbs.
