Woke at 218.6. Worked all day and came home at 216.8. Went out to trivia night at the pub where my son works. He was off and we had a nice family dinner. Totally blew away my 600 calorie IF day (actually did that before lunch was over at work). Will have to catch up at some other point. We are having a family day in Baltimore and Annapolis tomorrow so will have a nice lunch and dinner out as well. Will try to catch up a bit on Thursday and Friday but it might be on Sunday after my daughter heads back to Chicago. Ate some crappy food tonight but it tasted good.
