I read all your journal entries and find inspiration. Please don't feel guilty. What makes us all different is that we won't lose weight the same as everyone else. But your words help each of us.

Thanks all. Sorry if I'm being weird. Alright. Let's hug it out and I will get back in the game again and go hard. I will blame my allergies and the head fog for these feelings.

I think I know the source for the feelings. I need to stop playing Purple Rain on my IPOD classic over and over again and advance it to Let's go Crazy. Still a little saddened over the loss of Prince. I need to dig deep in, remember that I am getting stronger and better in each and every ways day by day. Thanks all for lending an ear. Dearly beloved. We are gathered here today. To get through this thing called life...

Ches, I understand - although I grew up in Boston, I have lived in Minneapolis for 30 years. Prince was an important part of Minneapolis' culture and he was a great philanthropist in the community. He was very private, but would go back to his old neighborhood and school to motivate students. We live about 10 minutes from his compound and went by to watch the tribute of people laying flowers, etc. It was a sad day.

Great news on the groove you've found Ches and also how your workout went!! Prince was an icon, almost like the mythical unicorn, seldom seen but when you did unforgettable and very impactful, he did lots of good works and not to make his PR department happy, because he wanted to make a difference. Take care, carry on with no guilt, enjoy the ride and ride it as far as it takes you!!

Just a ditto to what everyone said. At some point most of us struggle or hit difficulties. Seeing others doing well is inspiration to keep on the journey. Enjoy your progress guilt free.

Please don't allow yourself to make yourself feel guilty. The folk who need to join your efforts to improve themselves will do plenty of that for you. Stick to your program and tweak it as often as necessary. Keep looking forward to your goal...
