Yesterday's beans showed up on the idiot box this morning...dang it!! Perhaps today would be a good fast day. I did one of those while my MIL was in the hospital, first one since before the trip. Tonight is our women's Bible study and we all bring a sack supper and eat together, so maybe I will take a protein shake for that. I hate to not eat while we are together, and they fret if they think I'm not eating enough. However they are a great bunch of cheerleaders for me, telling me how nice I am looking. Stokes the old ego!

My idiot box isn't cooperating either! We all need our egos stoked! Tonight at bible study, pray that the lord will give the will power to succeed. I don't think that is too much to ask for.
