Good day, low carb and okay on calories. MIL had a setback yesterday, severe pain in the knee on the same side as her broken hip. Xrays show the knee cap is cracked. Went undetected until now, not sure how it went this long before it started hurting her. This is going to slow down her recovery since therapy will be more limited at least for awhile. This is discouraging.
