Happy Weekend! My recent tweaks of slightly more protein and counting net carbs - which allowed slightly more fiber - seem to be effective. Today's weigh in was consistent on both "Idiot Boxes" so I am logging it.
And today's weight is the lowest I have logged on FS in this weight loss journey.
