My goodness, I feel like my stomach is a bottomless pit today! I was thinking about food all day and eating a little of this and a little of that all day.
I blame it on the can of pringles my DH left on the counter last night. Despite knowing about my potato chip issues, he bought it and just left it there! I gave in last night and snacked on some. Today, I think I was just eating because I was thinking about those chips. I was trying to find something that would satisfy that craving.
I have been stuck at home with two kids who don't feel too great today, which has not helped. I have not blown up my total calories, but I just felt like I had eaten too much.
Tomorrow will be a better day.

Twill be ok I had the munchies one day this week also. I didn't have anything but healthy so that helped. Ended up eating a bowl of crunch dry granola. A good dinner helped stop it.

It's a strange thing. I've been through that with some types of food. i I can eat and eat, and eat. It's as if the 'fullness' hormone doesn't kick in.

I think it just happens some days. That was me on Tuesday (I think it was). I agree with Jeri, try and snack on harmless stuff, and make dinner I bit bigger than usual. Anyway I have a motto that I use: 'It's good to be hungry.' Repeat 5 times, and try to believe it. Then eat a carrot 😀 (or a fat bomb if that's your thing, I suppose). Drink some tea (or coffee or water), sigh, and find something to do that needs your full concentration till dinnertime.

My hubby does that too, but if I stick the offending food in the cupboard.. out of sight.. It helps. He also gets ice cream, but like I said out of sight. When I open that side of the fridge... I steal a bite! That'll teach him!

Grins about the ice cream, the boys begging for more ice cream. On my Aldi's trip this am to stock up since they are staying at least until tomorrow I found some Greek frozen yogurt white chocolate and berry, so will be testing that later today. Course Gramma will have a small bowl.
