Dinner…6oz chicken breast, 80g jasmine rice, 28g cashews, and 21g or 1tbs hoisin sauce. My mom 🩷 used to make this quite often when I was young and still living w her. She taught me lots of good recipes.

Are you feeling better now? I sure hope so! Are you off the steroids? Sleep is a real problem for me too, so I can appreciate your problems with it. Yes, I am praying for you and so glad that's important to you too.

@snowwhite… Believe it or not, I now have a serious rash all over my body except for my legs, so I’m just keeping an ion it I may have to go to the hospital. Not sure if it’s an allergic reaction to the medication or just a viral rash? No fever no breathing issues 🤷🏼‍♀️. I feel better from the soar throat viral thing that got and it lasted 14 days 😳🙄

Ngl I thought the chicken was shrimp at first! Though I imagine that would be a very tasty (and protein-packed) addition to this tasty dish. 😋
