Hit my goal weight….270.8…. Breaking fast at linch…soup…maybe a small salad….
Now the plan is to refeed…for a few days..see how it goes…weigh in here is may 2-3..I was at 278 .8 last month when I weighed in…so want to be at 268 or less…going back to omad …feeling so focused once again…finally feeling like I’m making the progress I started years ago…
When I stepped on scale first time it was 271.3…. I thought…that means another day…lol…so sat around listening to podcasts…allowing my body to relax …felt a p coming on….just what I needed..lol…
Plan today..same as always…move more..eat less….steps..upper body…
Well….first ☕️is gone….time to get steps started…
Have a fantastic positive day….only way to have your day….
This 5 days has been a learning experience…and more long fasting will happen for me…
