A.ready got a stair workout in this morning..but not really in right frame of mind to get with the resistance bands….but thinking of switching the usual pull down with dead lifts…just for a change of workout with resistance bands….looking for a boost to the workout…

I take collagen….and I can tell it’s working…but always looking for cheaper ways to get the same benefits…
