I had oatmeal with bananas & cinnamon for breakfast, and it brought these graphics to mind. My banana was in the 'Bery Ripe' category so extra sweet but not that great for nutrition. Still better to use it up than throw it away! 🤷🏻♀️ The price of food is sure skyrocketing! More important than ever to shop smart and embrace leftovers, right? Have a GREAT week, my friends 🌞🎈😎

You're most welcome CrystalJo. We normally deep fry the underipped or betterly ripped one with batter for tea time. They caramelized and taste sweeter.

Oh wow! Did not know that about bananas. I eat one 1 1/2 hours before workout to help with muscle cramps and give me some energy for my lifts!

CrystalJo it's very easy to make. Wheat flour, rice flour, tumeric powder and salt batter. Half the under ripped bananas and coat with the batter, deep fried. Haha no CrystalJo I'm not british, chinese or indian. A little about in my bio🌻😊
